Enter by registering on-line at http://www.sweepstakesclearinghouse.com by providing your name, postal address, home telephone number and e-mail address.  Limit one (1) entry per month. PURCHASES ARE NOT NECESSARY AND DO NOT IMPROVE WINNING CHANCES.  One prize of $10,000.00, two prizes of $1,000.00, and four prizes of $100.00 will be awarded by random drawing of all eligible entries submitted by the deadline date of 11:59 PM Central Time, December 17, 2008.  Drawings will take place on or about December 31, 2008.  Odds of winning are dependant upon the number of entries received.

This sweepstakes may be sponsored by various independent businesses, all of whom share in the total cost; and other variations of this offer, with different creative presentations, means of entry, names or themes may be used within this or equivalent prize structure from time to time.  

Sweepstakes is open to all entrants who are 18 years of age or older and residents of the United States (except Florida, New York and Puerto Rico).  Employees and their families of all participating sponsor companies, their affiliates and suppliers are not eligible to enter or win.  All Sweepstakes Clearinghouse^SM decisions are final.  Not responsible for printing/listing errors.  This sweepstakes is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.  Sponsors are not responsible for lost or late entries, or for technical difficulties associated with internet usage.  

Any entry received which is illegible, illegitimately obtained or tampered with is void.  Taxes are the sole responsibility of winners.  Entering constitutes permission to use your name and likeness for publicity purposes, except where prohibited by law, if selected as a winner.  Winners may be asked to sign an affidavit of eligibility and to provide social security number.
